This site and my style of presenting video could be called niche in this Instagram world of late. The online social media space is dominated by short, phone screen aspect visuals. My stuff is “too long, too wide with too much writing” in today’s space. Thankfully there are viewers out there that appreciate the more landscape long form videos with minimal presentation of a talking face. I am, however, challenging myself to produce Instagram shorts, cramming lengthy trips into a minute or less, or any other subject I deem interesting enough to share. Despite the “pain” of presenting video as if our eyes were stacked vertically on our heads, I’m slicing off the ends for phone viewers. This first post is subtitled “71, not done.” So here goes nothin’!
